We do not collect any personal information unless you provide it to us or it is available by virtue of your membership in the Manitoba Public School Employees Benefits Plans.
Use and Disclosure of Information
We will use the information you provide to distribute information about your retiree benefit program, tools and resources, or as required or authorized by law. We also use the information collected to monitor and improve our internal programs and operations.

- to the Trustees of the Manitoba Public School Employees Benefits Plans, insurance benefit consultant and/or insurance company for purposes of benefit plan administration and information distribution;

The length of time your personal information is retained may vary depending on the application and nature of the information. Retention standards have been implemented that meet customer service, legal and regulatory requirements. For these reasons, we may keep your information beyond the end of your relationship with us.
